Who is PropertyManager360 built for?

UK landlords with a handful to several hundred units, and small-to-mid letting agencies that want a single modern platform instead of a stack of disconnected tools and spreadsheets.

Is my data stored in the UK?

PropertyManager360 runs on Cloudflare’s global edge network. Application data lives in Cloudflare D1 and documents in Cloudflare R2. We will publish our data processing addendum and current data location controls ahead of general availability.

Can I import from a spreadsheet or another tool?

Yes. Early-access customers get hands-on help moving properties, tenancies and certificate history in from spreadsheets or existing platforms.

Does it handle HMOs and student lets?

HMOs and unit-level tenancies are modelled natively. A property can have multiple units, each with its own tenancy, ledger, meters and access codes.

How does PropertyManager360 help with CCTV compliance?

We provide a per-camera register, a structured disclosure log, tenant-facing acknowledgement of CCTV presence, and a workflow for handling Subject Access Requests and retention — the areas the ICO’s surveillance guidance expects operators to document.
